I work with professional women all the time who are rock stars in their life. They have broken through many barriers to be successful in their career, manage their family and social calendar and are looking for a little more time for themselves to feel more balanced. They take care of everything but want to work on better managing all of the stress in their lives and the effects world stress has on them. They might have stuck thoughts that increase their stress or bring them down. Women need a little more room to learn about skills that will help them manage these things to create their authentic happiness and live in a more balanced way.

Women are expected to do so much. Many people did not learn how to manage all of the stress they are under from their family of origin or education. When people take the time to learn and practice some new skills they feel like they can exhale, to enjoy all they have accomplished.

I help people go from stressed to being more calm, balanced and to have more joy.

 

Hi I am Bridgitte,

I provide 1:1 coaching for people who want to create individualized transformations.

I created an exclusive small group coaching program with support for mid-career women to help them move toward increased joy, calm and life balance.

I offer small group coaching to small to medium size businesses who want to provide staff ways to de-stress, feel calm, balanced, and re-discover joy.

I have been there and continue to work through some of the same challenges you may be working through. My experience in the mental health field has taught me that there are so many skills that people who do not need counseling could benefit from. I know, I use the skills I teach all the time. I know from observing and hearing from the people I have helped over the years what a difference knowing these skills can make in people’s lives because I have witnessed their process and I have experienced it myself.

I hear comments from people I have worked with about how much lighter they feel, how they feel a burden has been lifted from them, and how the things we have discussed have changed their life. That is exactly what I want for you. It is my passion to get what I have learned out into the world.

 
 

I am confident that when you take a some of your time to learn and practicing the skills I will teach you, it will help you to become more in line with your strengths, values, and vision. You will will then begin to experience movement in the direction you are looking for. You have more power than you realize to reduce your personal stress, by teaching your mind and body to work together to create fewer challenging thoughts, create more life balance, and have more of the type of joy that is meaningful to you.

Here is how I help

  • Individual Coaching

    For people who want a 1:1 coaching experience. Individual coaching is for you if you have specific ideas about what you want to work on. You are a very private person who works best in a 1:1 context. Coaching packages are available for men or women 18 years and up. Individual coachig is good when you do not need therapy but believe you could benefit from focus on what your next steps are to move in the direction you are shooting for.

  • Group Coaching

    An exclusive small group coaching program with support for mid-career women . Teaching skills to de-stress, create calm, balance and your personal joy. This program may be for you if you want the skills of an experienced mental health professional with 20+ years experience turned coach with the support of a supportive community of like minded women. Here is how I help

  • Small Group Coaching for Small/Medium Business

    For a business who wants to offer small group coaching to their employees. The focus on people who want to de-stress, feel calm and balanced, and re-discover joy.

    It is an 8 week program delivered over 4 months. Lessons are at 1:00 EST every other week. It includes a community of support in a private group experience to celebrate success and encourage each other.

  • Individual Counseling for Mental Health

    If coaching is not for you and you are looking for a 1:1 counseling experience click the link below. Counseling may include some coaching but it is more focused on symptoms that indicate a mental health diagnosis.

    Counseling may also work on past experiences that are impacting how you are thinking and feeling now. Then we set goals to move toward healing and resiliency.
